Who Owns Customer Data?
You do. If you’re a business using ShareTribe, any customer info you collect (name, phone, email, birthday, etc.) is your responsibility. Here’s how it breaks down:

You’re the one entering and managing customer details.

You’re required to have your own privacy policy to cover how you collect, use, and store that customer data.
When a customer signs up for a loyalty card or voucher, they’re doing that with your business, not directly with ShareTribe.
ShareTribe only deals directly with our clients — the businesses using our platform. We don’t interact with or market to your customers, and we don’t collect their data unless you input it.
